Man kills mother and buries her in a soak away.

Punch reports that the suspect committed the dastardly act on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, on Oketunde Street, Ogijo, in the Sagamu Local Government Area of the state and was arrested following a report lodged at the Ogijo Division by his younger sister, Yetunde.
Confirming the incident, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the sister had reported to the police that she left their mother at home when she was going to work on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, but when she got back in the evening, the old woman was nowhere to be found.
“She (Yetunde) further stated that when she inquired from her elder brother, Segun, who was at home with their mother, the explanation given by her brother was not satisfactory enough.
Based on her report, the Divisional Police Officer, Ogijo Division, Ahmed Tijani, led a team of policemen to the house situated on Oketunde Street, Molatori, Ogijo, and the suspect was promptly arrested.”
It was gathered that during interrogation, the suspect confessed that he stabbed his mother to death and hurriedly buried her in a soak-away » very close to the house.

Samuel Eto’o Could be Jailed For 10 Years Over Tax Fraud

Cameroon international Samuel Eto’o could face ten-and-a-half years in prison after being accused of tax fraud, according to reports in Spain.
The forward played for Real Madrid, Mallorca and Barcelona in the La Liga.
According to reports, he owes almost £3million in tax from 2006 to 2009, while he was at the Nou Camp.
Prosecutors are demanding he be fined around £12m as well as the long prison term.
Eto’o is accused of getting around tax through a complicated and illegal image rights structure.
He ran two companies, Bulte 2002 in Spain and Tradesport in Hungary, and this allowed him to transfer his image rights between the two and avoid having to pay tax.

Imo Pensioners Protests 60% Pay Cut

Scores of pensioners on Tuesday marched along major streets of Owerri, the Imo capital to protest payment of only 40 per cent arrears of pension to retirees by the Imo Government

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the pensioners arrived at Orlu Road Roundabout Owerri, the take-off point of the protest, as early as 7.30 a.m. with placards.
Gideon Ezeji, Imo Chairman, National Union of Pensioners (NUP), who addressed the protesters said “the protest was to expose the sufferings of Imo pensioners under the administration of Gov. Rochas Okorocha.’’

Mr. Ezeji explained that six different categories of pensioners were owed between 22 months and 77 months by the state government.

“Civil pensioners are owed 22 months, local government pensioners 23 months, retired primary school teachers 32 months, IBC pensioners 44 months, retired permanent secretaries 22 months and Alvan Ikoku pensioners 77 months,’’ he said.
He regretted the government’s move to pay 40 per cent of the accumulated pension arrears, adding that forfeiture of the 60 per cent arrears was unacceptable.
“The government is now using its agents to force pensioners to sign document it prepared, which by extension will make any pensioner that signs the document to forfeit his/her 60 per cent arrears.
“We say no to 40 per cent payment of arrears of pension and call on the Imo Government to pay us 100 per cent before Dec.23, 2016,’’ Mr. Ezeji demanded.
NAN reports that the protest started from Orlu Road roundabout at about 8.30 a.m. from where they marched to Government House Roundabout.
The pensioners carried placards with various inscriptions such as: “Pay the much you can, government is a continuum; pension is our right and not gratification.’’

Wonders shall never end, pastor caught selling babies

A pastor at the Divine Yard Deliverance Ministry in Iyana Iyesi, Ota, Ogun State, Peace Udoh, has been arrested by the police for allegedly running a baby factory in the church.
The 47-year-old was said to have sold 64 babies before she was arrested on Sunday by operatives from the Lagos State Police Command who acted on a tip-off.
Udoh was apprehended with one Angela Akpan and a nurse, Mrs. Bukola Ajala, who reportedly assisted in childbirth at Udoh’s church.
PUNCH Metro reports that the pastor usually referred complicated cases to the nurse, whose clinic – El Shaddai Hospital – is located a few metres away from the church.
Their correspondent gathered that Angela’s younger sister, 17-year-old Goodnews Akpan, recently gave birth to a child at the clinic.
Angela, who was arrested on Saturday in the Sango area, was said to have led police operatives on Sunday to Udoh’s church and Ajala’s clinic, where they were picked up respectively.
While parading the suspects on Monday at the Lagos State Police Command headquarters in Ikeja, the Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, said detectives swooped on the syndicate after receiving intelligence report that Udoh needed a buyer for Goodnews’ baby.
“The suspects run a baby factory in the Sango Ota area. We are still working to get 64 other children she has sold out,” the CP added.
However, the pastor, who hails from Akwa Ibom State, refuted the allegation, saying she used the church as a maternity home to assist her pregnant church members for a token.
She said,

Best Foods To eat on your period.

Periods are usually no fun - mood swings, low energy and cramps are just a few of the annoying symptoms.

One of the worst symptoms is the cravings, and these usually aren’t the healthy salad and veg type! Before you reach for (and devour) that whole mudcake, find out what the best foods to eat on your menstrual cycle are.

1. Leafy Greens
If there was ever a more important time to eat your greens then this is it! Foods like spinach, kale, collard greens and swiss chard are the best when you are menstruating because they are filled with iron, which gets lost when you are menstruating. You can incorporate them in salads or saute them in risottos and stir fries. The options are endless! If you don’t like the taste of them throw a handful of spinach into a berry smoothie, I promise you won’t even be able to taste it.

2.Salmon
Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which play an important role in relaxing your muscles and steadying your nerves. This will help to deal with cramps and crankiness. If you don’t like fish, reach for walnuts or avocados which are also full of Omega-3’s. My favourite dish to eat when I have my period is grilled salmon with a squeeze of fresh orange juice and rice sauteed with spinach and kale.

3.Chocolate
Okay, okay before you get too excited you need to read this. I am not talking about milk chocolate, or chocolate cake, or chocolate cookies. I am talking about the highest percent dark chocolate you can find! The higher the better, and this is because it won’t contain as much sugar (which is a big no no). Dark chocolate has antioxidants and it also is a source of magnesium, which reduces mood swings and helps to regulate serotonin - the happy hormone! Munching down on a few squares a week will also help to satisfy your cravings.

4.Whole Grains
Whole grains are an excellent source of magnesium, which reduces muscle tension. In addition to this they have B & E Vitamins which help to combat fatigue and depression. My favourite thing about whole grains is that they keep you feeling fuller for longer, so if you eat them every few hours you won’t end up hungry and cranky at the end of the night.
5.Yogurt
Now is the time to get creative with yogurt parfaits, smoothies and sauces. Yogurt is a source of calcium which can help to reduce PMS and relax your muscles. It also contains live cultures which promote healthy digestion. If you are looking for a non-dairy source of calcium try broccoli, kale and almonds instead.
6.Bananas.
Bananas are one of the best sources of potassium and also contain B6 and other vitamins which help to boost your mood. They also help to regulate bowel movements, which is something a lot of people struggle with when they are menstruating. Think of them as the happy fruit!
I know having your period can be no fun but instead of accepting the fact you will have a tough week, you can make a few small changes to make it easier on yourself. Your body is an amazing thing, and it's incredible how it will respond if you put the right things in it.

ECONOMIC RECESSION WILL END IN 2017, SAYS PRESIDENT BUHARI

President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed optimism that the current economic recession will end in 2017.
Speaking Monday, in Abuja while declaring open an induction course organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Nigerian Career Ambassadors-designate who were recently cleared by the Senate, President Buhari said:
“We are optimistic that the external factors that partly contributed to push our economy into recession will ebb in 2017. Until then, I regret that the resources available to fund our missions abroad will not be as robust as we would like.
“We are working hard to turn around our national economy by effectively reforming our macroeconomic environment through measures, some of which were outlined in my budget speech to the National Assembly last week.”
The President, who said the prevailing economic circumstances have led to a restructuring of Nigerian missions abroad, reminded the Ambassadors-designate that , “as we are all making great sacrifices at home, we also expect you to similarly make judicious use of the resources put at the disposal of your missions.
As Heads of missions, you will be held accountable for the utilisation of all resources under your control. These are lean times, and all of us are expected to do more with less.”
President Buhari specifically charged the Ambassadors-designate to change the narrative of Nigeria outside the country by playing up the positive values and outstanding contributions of Nigerians in the global arena.
“I want to emphasise your duty to change the narrative of Nigeria as seen by the outside world. For far too long, we have allowed Nigeria to be defined by others, always emphasizing our negatives. To the average foreigner, Nigeria evokes 419, terrorism, militancy, communal and religious clashes, insecurity, corruption and all our other faults,” he said.
The President continued: “You have the duty to correct this narrative by taking the initiative to define and portray our country for what it truly is. We are a nation of 180 million vibrant, enterprising, hardworking, hospitable and peaceful people. We are a remarkable nation that has succeeded in harnessing our multiple diversities as strengths such that we are the leading country on the continent. Therefore, you will need to mobilise, sensitise and motivate all your staff so that together you engage with your host governments, the private sector and other segments of the society to explain that Nigeria is much more than the negative image portrayed to them.”
President Buhari also enjoined them to leverage on the achievements of Nigerians within the country and in diaspora: Think of people like Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka, Chinedu Echeruo who founded Hotspot application which he sold to Apple for over a billion Dollars; think of Bayo Ogunlesi, who runs over a billion Dollar Infrastructure Fund and is now Adviser to US President-elect; and Jelani Aliyu, an accomplished car designer at General Motors. Indeed, these and other hardworking Nigerian professionals in the diaspora have never forgotten their roots and have been making significant contributions to their communities back home, and even to our economy through their huge remittances.”
He urged them to sustain the work ethic characterized by the love of country, professionalism, excellence, integrity and honour associated with the “Nigerian diplomatic tradition established in 1957 by the pioneers of the Nigerian Foreign Service, sometimes referred to as the “Twelve Apostles” and also “bequeath same to succeeding generations. ”
President Buhari also charged the Ambassadors-designate to stress Nigeria’s commitment to international peace and security through contributions “to nearly every UN peacekeeping initiative since 1960 when we achieved our independence. In addition, we are the stabilizers and shock absorbers of West Africa having helped to contain potentially de-stabilizing developments in the sub-region.”
He urged the Ambassadors–designate always to be mindful of the national priorities that “revolve around the economy, security, anti-corruption, good governance, agricultural transformation and infrastructural development, including rail, roads and power” and use their roles “as Principal Representatives to build meaningful partnerships to attract foreign investments, new skills and technologies.”
President Buhari stressed that “as Nigerian Ambassadors, you must set the standard of putting Nigeria first in all your actions. You must show leadership, fairness and justice to all. Discipline, probity, accountability and zero tolerance for corruption must be your watchwords. You are expected to project the best image and traditions of our country in your conduct and all you do.”

How to Make Your Cell Phone Battery Last Longer

How to Make Your Cell Phone Battery Last Longer

While many of us now use mobile phones instead of land-line phones in our homes, these mobile phones come with Lithium Batteries which require some maintenance as long as they are used.

Method One of Three:
Increasing the Time between Charges
Turn the phone off. Note: only do this if it's going to be for several hours; turning a phone on/off actually uses a massive amount of power itself. This will probably be the most effective and simple way of conserving your battery’s power. Why? This will help conserve energy and also charge your phone. If you don't plan on answering the phone while you're sleeping or after business hours, just turn it off. Do the same if you are in an area with no reception (such as a subway or remote area, since constantly searching for service depletes the battery fairly quickly.) Some phones have an automatic power save feature, but it takes about 30 minutes with no service to kick in. By then, much battery power has been used. If you are using a smartphone and have no reception, disable the phone functionality (flight/airplane mode).

Stop searching for a signal. When you are in an area with poor or no signal, your phone will constantly look for a better connection, and will use up all your power doing so. This is easily understood if you have ever forgotten to turn off your phone on a flight. The best way to ensure longer battery life is to make sure you have a great signal where you use your phone. If you don't have a perfect signal, get a cell phone repeater which will amplify the signal to provide near perfect reception anywhere or simply turn on flight (airplane) mode (as said previously).

Do not follow the method of full charge and full discharge. Avoid letting your cell phone's battery run all the way down. Unlike nickel-based batteries (such as the NiCd or NiMH rechargeable AA batteries seen in most supermarkets), lithium-based batteries are designed to be charged early and often, and letting them get too low can damage the battery. [1] With Lithium batteries, doing shallow discharges and frequent charging prolongs battery life.

Switch the vibrate function off on your phone, using just the ring tone. The vibrate function uses additional battery power. Keep the ring tone volume as low as possible.
Turn off your phone's back light. The back light is what makes the phone easier to read in bright light or outside. However, the light also uses battery power. If you can get by without it, your battery will last longer. If you have to use the back light, many phones will let you set the amount of time to leave the back light on. Shorten that amount of time. Usually, one or two seconds will be sufficient. Some phones have an ambient light sensor, which can turn off the back light in bright conditions and enable it in darker ones.
Avoid using unnecessary features. If you know it will be a while before your phone’s next charge, don’t use the camera or connect to the Internet. Flash photography can drain your battery especially quickly.
Keep calls short. This is obvious, but how many times have you heard someone on their mobile phone say, "I think my battery’s dying," and then continue their conversation for several minutes? Sometimes, the dying battery is just an excuse to get off the phone (and a good one, at that), but if you really need to conserve the battery, limit your talk time.
Turn off Bluetooth. It will drain your battery very quickly. Only turn Bluetooth on when needed.
Same goes for WIFI, GPS, and infrared capabilities, if your phone has these features built in. Keep them off except when you need them.
Turn the brightness of the display to the lowest setting possible.
Use 3G (HSPA, HSPA+, UMTS) or 2G (GSM) rather than 4G (LTE) - Using your phone in 4G will drain the battery quicker than if you just use 3G or 2G. Turn 4G (LTE) off when there is weak to no 4G signal in your area. When using 4G, both the 3G and 4G radios are turned on therefore it will use a lot of power.
You may also turn off 3G and use 2G if there is weak to no 3G.

Trump cruises to Electoral College victory confirming he will become the 45th US President despite protests

There were many protesters Monday as electoral voters cast their votes Donald Trump won the Electoral College vote Monday — ensuring he will become America’s 45th president. An effort by anti-Trump forces to persuade Republican electors to abandon the president-elect came to practically nothing and the process unfolded largely according to its traditions. Trump’s polarizing victory Nov. 8 and the fact Democrat Hillary Clinton had won the national popular vote had stirred an intense lobbying effort, but to no avail.
Even one of Trump’s fiercest Republican rivals, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, said it was time to get behind the president-elect.
“We want unity, we want love,” Kasich said as Ohio’s electors voted to back Trump at a statehouse ceremony.
Kasich had refused to endorse Trump saying he was unfit.
Donald Trump took to his twitter page to thank the voters.
He got 302 votes surpassing the 270 votes needed to secure his presidency.

MMM OPENS UP IN GHANA

The debut of the Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox (MMM) in Kenya and Ghana, approximately 48 hours after its activities in Nigeria were suspended for a month, has caused increased panic among Nigerian MMM participants.
Chiamaka Ugorji, the wife of Chuddy Ugorji, a leading MMM Nigeria promoter, attempted to calm nerves by writing an open letter to participants, but this failed to reassure Nigerians that their investments were safe.
Sergey Mavrodi of inventor MMM
Some individuals, who spoke to newsmen on Monday in Abuja, shared their thoughts on the issue.
A civil servant, Charity Okafor, said “I participated in the scheme twice by investing N500,000 and one million naira respectively and I got my money back with the large interest.
“However, I felt I should not participate in the scheme any longer and I am lucky I had people around me who convinced me not to reinvest.
“I know I would have turned into a crazy woman if I had money there during this suspension,” Okafor said.
Ebube Okoh, a housewife, told pressmen that she believed the launch of MMM in Ghana and Kenya had everything to do with the Nigerian chapter.
“According to the website, the ban on withdrawals is due to negative reports by the media, heavy workload experiences by the system, and an attempt to prevent problems during the New Year.
“I, however, believe that they have run out of people to get money from to pay back the large investments that were coming into the system.
“I believe the money obtained in Kenya and Ghana will be used to make up for the deficit in Nigeria, besides both countries have higher currency values when compared to the Nigeria naira.
“The launch in Ghana and Kenya can’t be a coincidence.”
Gregory Bello, an engineer, said: “I have money in the programme but I am not as upset as other participants because it is a small amount of money in comparison to others.
“The money I put in is the interest I got from my last investment. I am one of those hoping the system comes back in January for the sake of our sanity. I have friends who put in millions of naira and have either suddenly fallen ill or are showing signs of depression.
“I just pray that MMM Nigeria has not crashed because many people will commit suicide or turn crazy,” Bello said.

10 Rules Guys Must Adhere To When Chatting With Girls On Social Networks

1-When a girl ignores your message twice, leave her alone. She ain’t blind, she just choose to ignore it. There is no more need sending more messages. Move on to the next girl sharply..
2-When a girl accept your request, seriously typing “thanks for accepting my request” is very lame.. Do it in her inbox if you must . Some of you get ignored when you type that crap on her wall.
3-You don’t need to be a male LovePeddler. Don’t woo every girl on your list. Some are good enough to be just friends with you..
4-Guy, don’t be the thirsty dude on a girl’s post, simply hit the like button and move on. If you need to comment, make it brief and interesting. Don’t go begging her to add you..
5-Bro, if the picture is beautiful like it and give a simple compliment. If it’s not, there is no need lying to get her Attention.. Can’t wait for Facebook to upgrade, where you just press the dislike button. Lol
6-Buddy, when chatting you don’t spend your whole time telling a girl how beautiful she is, hundred of guys have told her how beautiful she is everyday. They find it boring when you join the train.
7-If you find yourself always starting the convo with a Particular person, like you are always the first to message her, please stop it for a while. If she doesn’t notice, you are not important to her.. Leave her alone.
8- If you both don’t roll, don’t tag her to your pix. She might find it offensive.
9-The lesser of you, the better for you. When you are all over her wall, all over her pictures commenting and liking everything, you are less appreciated because you are acting thirsty.
10-When you compliment a girl on her pictures and another person compliments her on the same picture and she thanked the other dude and skip your name, please remove your comment. It wasn’t necessary.
*This are plain psychological tips*
If a girl ignore your messages, refuses to pick your calls, refuses to see you or go on a date with you, rejects your gift or returns them.
Guy, it’s high time you hit the road because she ain’t feeling you.

The first part of your dressing people stare at.

BY mysixinfo.blogspot.com

You can hardly notice this but its a fact.
Walking up to someone, have you ever noticed the first place he/she looks at you?
Believe me the the shoe is a very powerful attire we put on when dressing up, 70% of stares up get in a day goes to your shoes.
Now this is most common in men, this is because 80% of the stares a woman get in a day comes from men so that's to say that the first this a man sees in  woman is attractiveness. So men get less stares from men 20% to say.

This research was carried out by a group of student who purposely walked up to people to know their first stare.

For guys, ladies first look at you face then next your shoes and sometimes wrist watches.
Obviously you will look more attractive to ladies when you put on a good pairs of shoe. Or less try it out yourself.

Common problems in marriage

• COMMUNICATION

The most commonly reported relationship problem by far is communication. This may be one of the broadest and most difficult terms to define with regard to relationships. It tends to have many different meanings to each of us. For the purposes of this explanation I define it as "Mis-Understanding".
Literally, this means not understanding the other person's point of view. This is often more a matter of refusing to allow the existence of the other's view as opposed to not understanding it! It is an unwillingness to take the time to genuinely listen and care to understand.
In many relationships the interest seems to lie primarily in getting one's own point of view heard and understood rather than having an interest in hearing and understanding the others’. There is an irony here worth looking at . . . If people cared to listen to the other person with as much interest as he or she wished the other would listen to them, both would end up receiving exactly what they are looking for!
To truly know another, we must be willing to see the world through their eyes, not simply our own. If we listened as well as we spoke, really connecting would take care of itself . . .
• UNRESOLVED BAGGAGE FROM YOUTH

A frequent cause of mis-understanding in relationships is unresolved baggage from youth. Now I know many of you are thinking, "How could events and experiences from years ago have any impact on how and what I communicate to my family in the present?" Trust me . . . it can and it does.
For example, if a person grew up in a loud, violent or abusive environment, that person's response to conflict, arguing, or confrontation, would be significantly different than a person whose home environment was skilled and healthy at conflict resolution. As a rule, in relationships, "like attracts like". So it is common for folks who share poor conflict resolution skills to find and attract someone who has similarly limited skills (often without any awareness that this is what they've done). In these relationships there will be plenty of communication . . . just not the type which leads to any useful resolution!
This is just one simple example of how old baggage can follow us in ways we may not be conscious of. There are many more including your preconceived ideas and experiences regarding sexuality, the proper way to raise children, how you relate to and handle money, and self-esteem issues.
Sometimes when we're in bed with our partner, it can be really crowded with invisible and unwanted visitors.
• UNFULFILLED EXPECTATIONS
One of the saddest set-ups in relationships is entering into them with all kinds of expectations and then over the years, feeling disappointed again and again that they have not been met. Part of this issue relates to the childhood baggage I mentioned before. We often have preconceived expectations of what marriage and relationships are supposed to be like.
This can be derived from many different sources, not the least of which is the marriage and relationship of our parents. That's the one we lived and breathed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That kind of exposure gets absorbed, some on a conscious level, some on an unconscious one. The biggest problem with expectations in general is that we may know what our expectations are, but it unlikely that our partner does! Even more insidious and frustrating is when we have these expectations and even we can't name them, yet we expect our partner to fulfill them. There is one additional problem . . . contrary to popular opinion, it is not the other person's responsibility to fulfill you expectations. It is your job to learn to fill yourself up and then offer all you can to the relationship.
The majority of couples I've worked with have entered into their relationships with their focus on what the other person had to offer . . . not on what they were bringing to the party. Again, we are often quite unaware that this is our mindset.
We must be willing to look closely and honestly at ourselves to see if these are truths about us. Not everyone is willing to do this. To truly understand what you are seeing in another, you must first hold up a mirror and understand what you are seeing there.
• SEX AND INTIMACY

This topic is so huge and complex an area that I can only give the briefest of introductions in this format. Sex is one of the most common areas of conflict in many relationships, but make no mistake, it does not stand alone. Ruling out any physical or medical causes of difficulty, it is usually in some way a reflection of whatever state the relationship is in. For instance, if communications have become hostile and withholding (for punishment or defense purposes) that hostility manifests itself sexually as well. Often this is one of the natural outcomes of what I talked about in "Unfulfilled Expectations".
Chronic disappointment and dashed expectations can manifest in a serious loss of intimacy in a relationship. Not being able to identify what the expectations are, no less clear them up, makes matters even worse. If there is a lack of intimacy with regard to the basic friendship in the relationship, it is also expressed (or not!) in some manner in the bedroom.
To further complicate matters, as rule sexual interactions mean something different to men than they do to women . Women like to feel emotionally connected before they become physically connected. Men, on the other hand, often use sexual activity to get connected in the first place. (It's a cruel joke of the universe I think). Ever notice how much more he talks and listens after lovemaking? There's no coincidence there, ladies. And guys, ever notice how much more interested she is in sex after you've offered her some "real listening time" about something she really cares about? No coincidence there either.
The main issue here is that it is a mistake to hold your partner responsible for your needs. Rather, you would do better to look at how desirable you've made yourself to your partner with your own behavior and attitudes.
If your sex life is in need of a tune-up, chances are your relationship needs tuning first.
• RESENTMENTS
Resentments are the number one killer of all relationships. They are a slow poison, undermining the love, trust and mutual respect you may have once had with each other. It is critical in the treatment of relationships to uncover these often unknown or unspoken resentments. Each person is then responsible for discovering the part they played in the creation of these resentments along with what they can do to improve themselves. The focus is not on how the other person needs to change, but rather on what you can do to change yourself to bring something better to the party. No blaming, just self-responsibility. It's always a dance of two, never just of one.
Resentments crop up quickly as communication dwindles , expectations are not met and old hurts (many of them from the early years) begin to get "triggered" by relationship issues in the present. This is an incredibly common, yet generally unknown source of pain in marriages. Triggers are current experiences that bear a resemblance to ways in which you've been hurt, abandoned or treated stemming from the past. They are often not consciously connected to what's happening in your present relationship, but when they are shown to you, they are clear to be seen.
An example would be when your partner takes a tone with you that is reminiscent of an important adult from your childhood, who was responsible for creating pain for you. Sometimes we have to think long and hard in order to make these connections. A red flag that this is what's occurring is that you are perceived to be overreacting to whatever is happening in the present . . . sound familiar?
Resentments often build as a direct result of a person's inability to communicate their needs and/or take responsibility for them in the first place.
Resentments lead directly to loss of respect for the other person. Loss of respect leads to sexual problems, more bad feelings, blame and distancing. Isn't it fascinating how all these issues just blend together in one massive, connected swirl? The truth is, we can never really respect ourselves unless we show the courage and the willingness to take full responsibility for what belongs to us, which the other person did not place there! Once the old hurts are neutralized (in addition to all the new ones we've tacked on over the years) and each person has shown the courage to own their part in the poisoned well, much healing is possible.
If you've ever been forgiven for your "falls from grace" in life, you know how powerful a healing experience it is. Much as resentments are poison to a relationship, ownership and mutual forgiveness are its salvation.

WONDERS SHALL NEVER END, FIVE YEARS GIRL “PREGNANT” IN PLATEAU…

An incident which can obviously be tagged as most outrageous happened in the north central state of Plateau, Nigeria. In a remote and sleepy hamlet of Kanke local government, a little girl of Five was found to be pregnant. According to the child’s parents, the perpetrator of the bizzare act is not known but the police has begun an inquiry with the view to fathom the identity of the mystery man or men behind the heinous crime.
Speaking further, they Father of the girl told newsmen that until few months ago,the poor child began to complain of excruciating pains in her groin which they didn’t pay commensurate attention to. After a while, they noticed that her breasts were developing, all of which they attributed to early adolescence precocity. Their fears was confirmed after tests were carried out on her when they noticed her protuberant tummy.
They pregnancy test came back with a positive verdict. The locals and family of the girl are still in a state of shock which is quite rational considering the girl’s age and biological placing. We contrived to get a photo of the victim and we present it to you for your own perusal and appraisal.
