Students in trouble, see!!! jamb's new rules and regulation against 2017

Ahead of the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), JAMB has new rules and guidelines that may prevent students from cheating.
1. The adoption of CCTV cameras for all the CBT centres.
2. The adoption of a single hall containing 250 functional desktop or laptop computer systems with extra 25 as backups. The computers must be minimum 15 inch screens and must be connected to robust computer server with capacity to carry a minimum of 250 systems concurrently.
3. The adoption of cabled Local Area Network (LAN) and not wireless connectivity.
4. The adoption of cubicles with minimum length of 26 by 18 inches.
5. There will be adequate security with minimum of five technical personnel and a network engineer on site.
: 6. Availability of back-up power supply (power generating set of minimum of 40KVA for a centre with 250 systems) and UPS/inverters that can carry all systems for a minimum of two hours.
7. All the centres should have minimum of 250-capacity reception facility such as canopy with chairs.
8. All the centres’ premises must be enclosed and must have adequate and functional air-conditioners. The centres must also have lighting, up-to-date antivirus and minimum of Windows 7, among others.
Recall that last year, the board said it would no longer use scratch cards but would adopt “pin vending” for the 2017 UTME test. Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the head of media and information advised intending candidates to get familiar with the new approach.
The board also said it may cancel the use of general cut-off marks for candidates of the UTME.

3 Female Suicide Bombers Shot Dead In Adamawa

Three female suicide bombers were on Wednesday shot dead in Bakin Dutse, Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State, officials have said.
The officials said the three girls were on a mission to carry out suicide bombings at a crowded market in Gulak, before they were shot by soldiers and local vigilante.
The three women were intercepted at Bakin Dutse Village, five kilometers from Gulak, the administrative headquarters of Madagali Local Government Area where villagers converge in their hundreds every Wednesday for the market day.
Badare Akintoye, the Army Public Relations Officer at the 28 Task Force Battalion in Mubi, confirmed the incident.
“We gunned down three female suicide bombers. Our soldiers are on alert and commercial activities are going on there,” the army major stated.
The chairman of Madagali Local Government Area, Yusuf Gulak, provided more details in a telephone interview.
“Our local vigilantes that are now assisting the soldiers saw the three female suicide bombers who were on a mission to strike in the market.
“On seeing them fast approaching, they asked them to stop but the girls declined instead running faster, so one was instantly gunned down and the bomb on her body exploded. So also the second girl.
“The third girl attempted to run but could not succeed as she was also shot dead.”
Mr. Gulak called for the deployment of more troops in the area.
Wednesday’s incident is coming few hours after soldiers repelled an early morning attack on Tuesday by Boko Haram insurgents on Dar village in Madagali.
Last December, two female suicide bombers killed over 50 people at a local market in Madagali.
Suicide bomb attacks, mainly on soft targets like markets, is one of the major forms of attack by Boko Haram insurgents whose activities since 2009 have caused the death of at least 20,000 people.
The Nigerian military recently achieved a major feat against the insurgents by taking control of the Sambisa forest, formerly a bastion of the Boko Haram.

That said, there are exceptions. “Sometimes, it can seem like a penis is too big for a woman’s vagina. And if that’s the case, the important thing is that you need to figure out why it’s happening—because it can be solved,” says Streicher.
There are two big reasons that his man-parts can seem too large. First, you may not be turned on enough. Really. “If a woman is not aroused, it’s very possible that a penis may not go in,” says Streicher. Or if it does, it could hurt or bleed or cause tearing. So if you continue to be dry down there—even if your guy is all about foreplay—check in with your doctor or gyno to see if one of the medications you are taking may be messing with your sex life.
The important thing to focus on here is that this is a solvable situation. As long as you follow the above advice, you are not doomed to a sex-less existence if your boyfriend’s penis seems too large. “I have not once seen a patient who hasn’t been able to successfully have intercourse after taking the proper steps to fix the problem,” says striecher
